The Administration’s immigration team became clearer yesterday as John Morton was nominated as the Assistant Secretary for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Esther Olavarria was named Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy. Mr. Morton is a career official at the U.S. Department of Justice and Ms. Olavarria brings years of immigration experience to her new position.
